Hi! I think the fees for the trade broker should come up in the pop-up window when you're putting an item on the trade broker from your inventory. Ideally it would tell you, after you put in how much you wanted to sell it for, exactly how much the fees were, but if calculating it live like that wouldn't work, it should at least tell you on that pop-up window that there will be fees of X percent upon sale.

As an example, I recently came back to Sylestia after a while away and I'd forgotten about the fees. I just sold an item and had 10k in fees that, if I had known, I would have avoided by selling direct to players and not through the trade broker. A situation like that is incredibly frustrating, like gold was lost for no good reason. Not remembering is my fault, but then again, I recall that when I first put items on the trade broker I hadn't known at that time either. I just don't see where this info is. Maybe the info is there somewhere but having it very obvious at the time of the sale or prior to the sale makes sense based on what I have seen of other games with multiplayer economies / selling.

I agree with this. I've taken to using a calculator since I know it's a 5% fee, but it certainly speed things up if the broker do it automatically for you to see.

I can see this as a nice suggestion, since the inventory interface is looking to get upgraded as well.
