WHAT IT DOES: keeps any hatchling a baby forever!
OTHER THINGS: the baby will still go to stables, and go on quests and missions, but cant breed. also, you can give it to an egg, but not an adolecent or adult.(the egg would still hatch but the potion would only kick in as a hatchling.)
WHY THIS WOULD BE COOL: in my opinion,some hatchlings are cuter as babies, and for the people who don't breed as much, keeping some babies babies forever, would be nice.

As you can see, several threads already about this. It's a good idea to search the first few pages to see if there's just a thread you can bump, rather than creating a whole new thread.

That said, I really don't care either way. I can understand why some want it.

As Ashadelmg as shown, this has been mentioned quite a few times. I like the idea as there are some babies that are just too adorable and turn kind of ugly once they are adults.

However, it does bring up a few issues.. such as breeding and mutations. Mutations don't show on babies so those three trait slots would basically be useless. As for breeding.. I don't like the idea of babies breeding and passing on the "baby trait."

They didn't say passing on the trait. ^^ They were saying that you would be able to apply the philter to the EGG so that when it hatched the philter would come into effect. :) (don't really fancy that idea)

I was just about to make a post about this haha. I don't even care if traits show up or not on the babies, I just want the little adorable things to fight with me.
