During festivals, there's a wheel that you can spin and win prizes. One of the prizes are special themed sylesti that are referred to as "wheel pets." (You can tell if a pet is an official wheel pet by looking for a tag in the "genetics" box on their profile. It should say "this is an exclusive sylesti" along with the type of wheel pet.)
For example:
Reindeer Griffi
Royal Viola Aeridini
Sweet Kiss Luffox
and many more.

Now I'm even more excited for my first festival xD
How often can you spin this wheel? Once a day?

There isn't a limit on how often you can spin the wheel, but you have to have a ticket to do so. You can get wheel tickets by defeating the special boss in the festival zone, or by buying them from the diamond shop (or from other users).

There's sometimes mini games within the festival zone that can award tickets, and you can also win them by participating in festival forum games.
