I almost have enough money for a 5th tab , but is it worth all that money? I would be really poor afterward.

I think it is, personally. If you want the room bad enough, that is.
I saved for a 5th tab, and have never regretted it. Also, after buying it, you can still gain more money by going on missions and selling items on the broker.
