I'm still relatively new around here, but I've reached the end of the available areas and I have not been able to find where you can buy genetic test kits and scanners (the single use ones, not the unlimited diamond ones). I've seen them up on the trade broker, but can't figure out where they keep coming from.
Would someone explain this to me, please?

The ones in the broker have come from the Festivals. They were prizes for various things. There is currently nowhere to buy the single use testers besides the broker.
Also this should probably go in the FAQ section...
