I was wondering if it was possible to delete this account and make a new one? I left the site for awhile, and I'd really just like to start over. xD I can hardly remember how to do anything and all my pets are starved.

No. There is no way to delete an account or reset it.
We try very hard to make the game as flexible as possible so that there is no reason to ever have to do this. Pretty much nothing is permanent because of this.
