hello
i tryed spending my proficiency points but it wont let me, i can get to the page it say i have 11 points but it wont let me put them anywere pleases help. and a side note, i cant send massages at all either.

Sounds like your browser is the culprit.

Try clearing your browser cache and making sure no addons are tampering with our scripts.

If that doesn't work, try using a different browser (I suggest Chrome or Firefox).
