That's right. i have put up almost all my personal breeders for public breeding. Most are 3000. 6 vis are 5000.
Most are able to produce 6 visuals if bred right. I have been having a rough month and have decided to do something nice. I also believe almost all my pets are for public breeding so check all stables. My personal breeders are in stable 3. Get a breeding while it lasts!!!!!!!

Not a problem. I feel like everyone should have a chance at a 6 vis
