I've finally beaten Vierna d'Sheer but Jinxie still has her annoying pop-up with, "We should travel to the Dungeon of the Forsaken as soon as we can.We must stop Vierna Da`Sheer at all costs! She will surely destroy Umbra Forest if we do not stop her."

Once you start doing Astryl Vale quests, she disappears.
Edit: to start, go to ethernia and to the castle to get your first quest.

No she sticks around... I've finished Ethernia and she's still there, reminding me to go beat up Vierna every day :-)
