I have some spring festival avi item boxes and whenever I click " use item " it is telling me " this item is not ready to be opened yet ". What dose that mean? Also when can I open it?

The item boxes cannot be opened because there are no spring items (clothing, held, etc) out yet, as soon as those items are introduced into Sylestia the boxes will be able to be opened.
This is unless they are 13 boxes, then I have no idea why they would not be opening.
