Ok, let's start

Blik opens it's eyes to see a white room and team galactic wearing goggles. Grunt "Start the experiment". One of the grunts with a control panel flips a yellow switch and suddenly an electric charge goes through Blik. Grunt "like that? If you didn't you better be ready to do what we tell you". Blik slowly rises and looks at all of them. Blik "I liked it now I have an excuse to drain your energy...FROZEN OBLIVION!" (is it okay making a new signature move? it's oblivion wing with an ice type element hits an area). Blik burst of the lab confused. Blik "I don't remember anything whats going on?".
(is this appropriate?)

(If you could stick to the non-chat version, it would be better, but its ok, also, each hybrid legendary should have a signature move. P.S team Galactic made all the hybrid legendaries able to morph, but they don't know it.)

Red Unknown flies out of the room with her brother and sister, White Unknown and Green Unknown, quickly after, they morph into team galactic grunts and run as fast as they can "Wow, cool ability!" Green Unknown said. "Yeah, really useful." Red Unknown agreed. "Now that we're out, lets all head our own ways, I sense we'll be in touch." White Unknown says, morphs back, and heads towards the arctic. "Yeah, we can speak to each other using telepathy." Green Unknown said. "I know because White Unknown just thought-spoke to me." Green Unknown heads off through the mountains, towards a protected pokemon valley, while Red Unknown goes to a active volcano, and makes her home deep beneath the lava.

Shay slowly opens her eyes to a bunch of oddly dressed people. "Hey...Where the heck am I?" she asks. The "Weirdly dressed people" turn around. "Ah. Shayrachi, you are awake... You are in the team galactic HQ!" One says. Shay(rachi) seems confused. "Team galactic? What do you want?" She says. "Two things. One is a wish from you-You are a fusion of Shaymin and Jirachi. So... We wish for world domination!" The grunt says.

Shay shakes her head. "Ummm... no. First, I don't know how. Second, if I could, do you expect me to grant that wish of all things?" The grunt looks mad. "Fine," She holds out a pokeball. "Then I'll catch you instead!"
Shay looks mad. "What!? No way! [These people are crazy.]" Shay starts glowing with a bright light. "Seed Desire!" She shouts, and a huge white light fills the room, followed with an explosion. Shay looks around. [It looks like the "people" are down. I'm outta here!] She escapes out a hole in the wall. Outside, she wanders, staying out of sight, blending in perfectly. [I really hated to do that.. Wait--How DID I do that!?]
