The reason I put spoiler in the title is because I'm not sure if I should or should not, as some people have not reached the dungeon yet. Better safe than sorry, I suppose!

Anyway, I've been beaten by Lord Talon a good 7 or 8 times, and I'm not even close to beating him. My Sylesti are pretty high leveled, and I've used dozens of healers, etc., so now I have no gold left.
How did you beat Lord Talon, if you have passed him? I've tried many different ways, but I'm never close, haha.

I'm not sure if I should reset my dungeon or not, because that might end up making me spend more gold than I actually have, haha.

I'm fairly certain my pets were all level 30, I had 3 of them in my party and I used around 20 elixirs/health potions. It was a PAIN.

Oh gosh. Mine are only level 26, I believe, and I only have two party slots, haha! I don't believe I can afford buying another slot!

I guess I'll reset the dungeon, and try again. This is going to take a while.

I also suggest taking him out first. I made sure all my pets started with max mana and started the fight on him with 3 finisher moves. He does epic amounts of damage so the sooner you get rid of him the better.

Yep, that's what I've been trying to do. ^^; He always manages to knock my Sylesti out before I can get rid of him!

I suggest doing missions to get gold, gear, and great exp as well.

Get your Sylesties at least 30, have at least some 400HP pots(forgot the exact name)
some Revival Draught in case and of couuuurse, 3 slot, make sure your party members
are all on str/int, to deal max damage, don't neglect Health thou, as since "Defense"
Stat doesn't exist, the bes the HP, the best you can continue!
(And Revival Draught give "more HP" XP)


Edit : *post Element's post just above* That give lots of Gold and Exp, send your best
Sylesties in there or at least the one you'll add later on the 3 slot, so it'll have a good
level too!

I will give two general tips for battling high damage dealing foes.

1. Pets on the front line attract the most attention
2. Additionally, Mend is percentage based.

I am only like level 18 hee hee

I basically went through it once and was made into mince meat by him... then I came back with 3 lvl 40+ pets and only use one or two potions. It takes a while to be able to do this but it makes it easy to beat the dungeon and move on to doing something else.
