I am trapped in a battle in Sweet Blossom Orchard. It won't let me fight or flee. The error message reads that I have another explore window open and to close it and refresh the page, but I don't have another window open and refreshing, logging out, waiting 24 hours etc. haven't worked. Are you able to remove me from this fight?

If you do in fact only have 1 explore page open, then this is happening b/c your browser isn't properly sending the data to the server. Are you using a pc or mobile device?

If it's a pc, try using a different browser (I suggest Chrome or Firefox). If it's mobile, make sure your device's browser is up to date.

If you have any browser addons enabled that could be tampering with forms or data submission, then try disabling them.

I generally use Firefox on my laptop, but I sometimes login with my iPhone. Maybe its getting confused between the two? I'll see if I can finish the battle on my phone.

For your information: I logged out of sylestia on the laptop and logged in on my iPhone and it let me finish the battle on the phone. Interesting.
