As the title states, I have a Morkko Essence. Not a huge fan, so I'd like to trade for another essence. Whatever you've got I'll consider!

Sounds great!

So go to your inventory. Click on the Morkko essence. Right below your inventory box is a little tiny envelope. Click on that. A box will pop up and you can send it to me by putting my name in the user box. I will do the same from my end. Simple as that :)
