SO! Bringing my ideas to a new forum. XD
Sounds like fun, so why not.

I do something pretty much everywhere I go called 'Children of Song'.
Big, long storyline for RP-purposes, which I can tell you if you ask, and might put up here if ENOUGH people ask. >>

ANYWAY.

What are they? Well... they're things like this:


Little sprites/graphics, some animated, some not. Almost always male or androgynous.

They're "born" from my getting out my programs, and literally putting a song on eternal repeat until they 'speak' to me.
The ones above are already taken, and they are:

"Breathe No More" - Evanescence
"Holiday" - Greenday
"Birthday" - The Beatles
"Starlight" - Muse
and "It Ends Tonight" - The All American Rejects

There are a LOT I have already done, but there are also a lot I HAVEN'T done. If you want a song, and it's taken, I might also be willing to RE-do it if it's not mine, or a special someone else's. [I.E it's more than eight years since I drew that one in that way for that person].

So here are the rules - there aren't that many.

1. MUST BE IN ENGLISH, or primarily so. Sometimes I use the melody to come up with the creature, sometimes the words. If I can't understand the song lyrics, I have no idea what to work from.

2. Cannot be from an anime series. I am too tempted to draw the character FROM the series, provided I know what the series is about, so that's out.

3. You must have at least 1 verse of the lyrics to give me if you don't remember the name of the song. I can look it up if you have one verse for me.

4. Please be patient? This isn't so much a rule as a request... My wrist is off-again, on-again carpal tunnel... so sometimes I just can't draw. Please do you best to understand that?

5. I design these. Animated, not animated, pose, expression - it's all what I see in the song. If you don't like the end result, you don't have to keep it. I'll raffle it off, and make you another one free of charge. You have to pay for the first one though.

6. The SAME SONG cannot be requested TWICE in this thread. The same BAND, however, is more than welcome. For example. Someone wants 'Hotel California' - and the poster right after claims 'Desperado' - they're both by the Eagles, on the same CD, but they're different songs, so I'm okay with this! Remixes of the same songs are ALSO okay.

7. For those of you who manage to reverse-link back to the Photobucket these are stored in, you'll notice at LEAST 50 have been made. Those ones up there are all for other people, and there are a few that I will not make again "Hotel California", "Stand in the Rain", "Halo", "All I Want for Christmas (Is You)", and "Wolf and Man" to name several. Tell me before you finalize your order so we can make sure everything is fine!

More rules will be added if they need to be, but that's it for now!
Sizes for these boys might vary, but... I can promise you detail in ANY size they end up, because that's just the way I roll.

The prices for these are fairly on the cheap side. If there's enough interest, I might adjust the prices accordingly, but right now, they're 5K.

These can ALSO be paid for with pets, but I have to see/approve the pet.

HOWEVER, anyone who offers diamonds will get extra-special extras. Headshots, extra 'songs', and other such things. If you plan on RPing these boys [which is fine by me], I will even do the legwork of drawing up a backstory for you within the parameters of that universe so your boy/s will come complete and ready to play.

We can haggle on just what it is you want.
I'm trying to get enough diamonds to get permanent scanners, so there's your reason. XD

I would love to ask for several but your rule about the songs needing to be English is what kills that sadly, though the song I have in mind I can find subbed but I'm not sure if you'd go for that or not. (I don't really listen to English music much anymore since I'm trying to learn a language I'm only listening to music in that language to help me out.)

That being said however I'm sure given some time I can come up with a few to request.

I like the acoustic one better. ;w; (it's more of a softer more truer version to me of the lyrics, but maybe that's just me liking acoustics)

personally, I think listening to the first version makes a bigger effect on listening to the acoustic version. But...that's just me. Mileage varies. c: Do what you do~

Well I was thinking about 1004 Angel by B.A.P., Never Give Up by B.A.P., and Voodoo Doll by Vixx. I know you can find all of these subbed. I'm willing to pay in diamonds as well, sorry about them not being in English and for two B.A.P. songs, but I'm getting to go see them live next month.
