Sorry for the inconvenience but- I was also logged in before the downtime for the festival and unfortunately, I too didn't receive my ticket for the Wheel of Shamrock.

Seems I didn't get my ticket either :( I was on yesterday for a while exploring but there was no ticket in my trades, only expired trades and mission satchels. I don't want to be a bother because I'm sure y'all have better things to do.. but if everyone else is going to get one I want one too! :D
