Like the title says, when I click the search and look for egglings (i.e puffadore eggs), there seem to be none that pop up.
I checked the other eggs and the only one that shows up is the Ny'vene, Ryori, Nephini, Griffi and Lighira eggs.
EDIT: I haven't asked anyone else if they were having this problem yet. It could be just my computer. Sorry in advance if it's my computer ;w;

Tested it to see, and I got the same result as you.
No non-fabled egglings to be found in search.

This is intentional. Fabled Egglings have unique designs, so you know which species they belong to. Regular Egglings do not, so if you search for a specific species, the Egglings will not show.
While, yes, bred pets - the species is known, the search parameter does not check for that.
