I plan on generating a bunch of draeyls that all use the same color scheme but with different mutations, is there a way to copy the color template and just change the mutation qualities?

Well you can input the color RGB, HEX or HSL for the colors so you could just keep track of what color code is for what area.

having your colors written down is always a good thing to do. Before you try my trick, I highly, highly advise you do.

When I generate pets with the same color scheme, after I generated one, I hit the back button. (Don't refresh) You will have to pick the same ess generator

most likely you will have to re-set species and genes and your colors wont look like they show up.

But when you click on the hex code, the colors should all still be there and you shouldn't have to re-enter.

This works for me so it's worth a try. Just again, on the chance that it doesn't, make sure you have the colors written down or something :)

the back button didnt work for me before but i think i just got it, so thanks for the suggestions you two.

edit: actually the back button worked this time, maybe i just have to do all my generations at home instead of on a public computer :/ also bought all 9 enhanced essences that were on market :P
