How does one get a title? Fore example, "The Artistic" or "The Kind-Hearted"?

You can earn titles though participating in forum games, holiday events, and battling in the arena. :)

They're awarded for participating in certain events, contests or certain actions around the site, usually during festivals. I know someone else will drop by who can explain better. I don't really go after titles myself.
I know the "Kind Hearted" comes from gifting a festival "basket/box" to another player. "The Artistic" was a prize award for art contestants I think?
