Every time I try to use an item from my inventory (either from equiptment or regular) I keep getting an error, saying my "inventory has changed, please refresh the page". Of course I tried refreshing several times, logged out/back in and it keeps giving me the same error..

Gonna ask a stupid question...But are you maybe in a battle? Or stuck in a battle, As that may or may not still happen?

I don't appear to be.. I clicked the stuck in battle button just to see and it's still not letting me use items. Thank you for trying though ;u;

Every time a new item is added to your Inventory, a hidden code changes. If the code doesn't match the one on the inventory page, that error displays.
I'm assuming you aren't, but just to make sure, you don't have your Inventory opened in multiple places do you? Nor are you leaving the page there while exploring, etc?
Assuming not, then what would be the issue is if the code isn't properly being parsed when you take action. This could be from an outdated browser, a browser addon tampering with the page, or a problem from an operating system.
What operating system are you using? Is it a mobile device?
Which browser are you using? Have you tried using a different one? Have you tried updating your current one?
Do you have any browser addons enabled or anti virus software enabled that could be tampering with the page?

No, I don't have my inventory open in multiple places.. I'm using a windows 7 laptop with the most recent version of firefox as my browser. I just opened my inventory using IE and it works over there, so I'm assuming it is being caused by something on FF like you said, though I don't know how to fix it. I have one ad-on, ad block pro, though I still get the error when I turned it off. I just updated my browser and again, still getting the error ><;;
Edit: Fiddled around with my browser and I don't know what I did, but my inventory appears to be working again!
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction :)

I'm glad that you were able to figure it out. =)
Do you know what specific option you changed for future reference (in case someone has the same issue)?
