I'm having trouble defeating Cereth, and his two Superior's, my Qitari is level 16 but I'm getting nowhere fast. Plus, how do you unlock another Party Slot?

I can't give a good explanation of how to defeat Cereth, but to get a third party slot, you have to get to Umbra Forest, and the Sylesti plaza there should let you get another slot for 25k G's.
