Every time I complete a mission, I get a certain amount of "Factions".
I have no idea what they are, or what I do with them....Um...Can anyone explain?

I'm guessing its reputation points for the "faction" town you're doing missions for. The factions in this case are either Esior's Haven or the Sanctuary of Saerielle. xD
