So my male Luff 'Open The Door' appears to be female in my stable screen, but when I open his page he's male again.

It appears correctly for me... can you take a screenshot maybe?

Okay that is weird, now it shows right. Lol whatever voodoo magic you did thank you ^^ I showed Maddytivon earlier she told me to post a thread about it.
