Hey, I was wonderin' if its possible ta make it where us girls can flip between the male an female option outfits?
I'm not a fan of dresses an skirts... but I don't like that I have ta be a 'guy' ta wear pants...

Some of the outfits I really like but then the moment I add them in my wardrobe, suddenly they aren't what I saw anymore.

I feel really uncomfortable that I'm forced ta be feminine...
I'm a tomboy an prefer unisex style attire..

Please. I'm sure I'm not the only woman here who would love ta choose ta wear pants...

You can switch between the 2 bases, via Avatar Base Styles.

Although it would be nice to have the option to choose separately, the bases for the Outfits & Heads- as just like the Outfits, some Head items also gets changed, depending on the base.

Thats what I mean tho, I don't want ta have ta choose a 'male base' as a woman, jus ta wear pants... because then I lose my right ta have breasts as well, and the female hair... I jus rather jus be able ta choose the style of cloths I want, not have them be 'oh, girl, you need feminine cloths'.

Many people use a base that doesn't necessarily align with their gender. It's very common for people to put in their bio their gender and/or preferred pronouns.

There are also pant options or non dress/skirt for female bases, as well as there being more dress-like options for male bases, so neither bases are fully exclusively pants or dresses.

As for hairs, most hairs are preset and aren't affected by gender bases, and come with short/long options.

But I do understand your point and am sure you're not the only one who does have this opinion.

I know there are... but those tend ta be too tight, or bell bottoms...
Like I said, its all more styles that are stereotypical 'female'...

I like unisex.
I want the pant options for the outfit I am wearin', an the farmer... but when I added the farmer ta my wardrobe, suddenly its a dress...

Is it that bad that I don't wanna have ta be a male avatar jus ta feel comfortable in what I'm wearin'?

Why is it that pronouns can be respected, but feelin' comfortable in yer own gender, while also wearin' what ya want ain't?

Hell, all I'm askin' fer is the CHOICE ta switch between the two.
I don't even like the fact you have ta stay stuck in a feminine pose, wit ya hand up perpetually...

There are many different outfits you can obtain and always more coming out, and then two versions of every outfit through the bases.

I think Base 1 is considered the more "gender neutral" or unisex option, since it's more commonly pants. You could switch from Base 2 to Base 1 if you like the pant version of the farmer outfit.

The bases themselves aren't actually named "male" or "female", but rather "Base: 1" and "Base: 2". The two base options are mostly just to give a player an option between two versions of an outfit, and not a direct representation of someone's gender.

You can switch between bases at any time, which directly changes the outfit. Both bases have their hand up perpetually for the purpose of held items.

Base one tho has no breasts an base two has breasts... If the beasts were somethin' you could have or not have by choice wit the first one, sure... but you can't customize the body...

I feel like instead of listenin' ta what I'm sayin', an how this makes me uncomfortable, yer jus doin' everythin' ta argue why it shouldn't be changed...

Also, avatar one is BLATANTLY a male body... it doesn't have ta be labeled male.
It has PECKS. Its a male body structure...

Look, I'm not askin' ya ta get rid of the current outfits... jus code it ta where maybe when ya get an outfit, you are given two options... the standard one and the feminine one... so that way we can CHOOSE which we wanna wear. Or have a rotation button ta where we can switch between versions available.

I'm a cis-female woman, that happens ta be a tomboy.
I don't wanna use a different gender body JUS so I can feel comfortable an not forced ta wear feminized attire.

So if I'm understanding correctly, you're saying you don't feel comfortable using different Base, just for an outfit?
Alas, that just isn't possible for the large majority of Outfits, mainly because of the leg position.

If you were to put the Base 1's Farmer's Outfit on Base 2, then there would be no difference between the Outfits, other than the leg.
At that point, just use Base 1.

If you're asking for the specific Base 1's Farmer's Outfit to have breasts, if it were to be on Base 2; then I think you should know that not all Base 2 Outfits have breasts visible.
Think of all the flat chested girlies :P


Yes, Base 1 is supposed to represent the male body; you can still use Base 1 & personally identify as a woman.
While your avi can be used to represent you, it doesn't have to fully.

If I'm not mistaken, your avi is inspired by an existing character, no?
My current avi is inspired by an existing male character, & yet I'm using Base 2 because I prefer the outfit for it.
& I've done so vice versa- Casual Fall Outfit on Base 1 is one of my faves, I can & will use it for female characters :v


(I personally struggle to really "perceive" gender, apologies if I sound apathetic.)

& As I've already stated before; yes! It'd be nice to have the option to pick between the Bases for the Outfits & Heads.

Ex: I prefer the Base 1 Hair, but prefer the Base 2 Outfit.

So yeah, having that option would be great!!
