Throwing things on broker, have sold plenty of "mystery frost essence" but this is the first "regular frost essence" I've seen, and literally no broker record of them. Thought it was bugged when I saw:

Average Price: 0
Lowest Price: 0
Highest Price: 0
Sales in Past 90 Days: 0
Average Price: 0
Lowest Price: 0
Highest Price: 0 "
Just want to be sure it's intentionally still in the loot pool, or if I found a "this should have been removed" item. *shrug*

It can be a prize from Stage 2 of the Winter Wonderland. Stage 1 awards a Mystery Catalyst, which of course can be any of the Catalysts. Stage 2 awards either a Fabled or a Regular - it's basically deciding for you before you receive the Catalyst container. You have much higher odds of receiving a Fabled than you would from a Mystery Catalyst. Then Stage 3 awards either a Majestic or a Fabled.
Snow Wars may also follow similar logic, but I am not sure I can't recall.
