First time posting so very sorry if I mess this up, but there's a daily reward offer, it says it resets at 12:00AM daily but I haven't been able to claim beyond day 1. I should be about to unlock day 4. Have I done something wrong or misunderstood it?

You can claim one thing per day and cannot grab any other days if you missed it

Seems like your account's 2 days olds, so you wouldn't have gotten more than chance to get 2 days, but must log every day and click claim to get it

I'm assuming this happened because you likely joined a little bit before fest soft close, which ended December 1st at midnight (site time)

Once fest soft close happens, most things, such as fest daily login rewards, are no longer claimable.

As the others pointed out, but just to add the official response.

So, yes, the Daily Login Rewards only allow the claiming of one prize per day. However, once the Event/Festival soft closes, which happened after Monday, December 1st, this is no longer the case. The Fall Festival is basically considered over at this point. However, some features remain open for another week to allow players to finish using up whatever supplies they may still have.

You can still purchase the Premium Upgrade for the Daily Login Rewards and that will allow you to instantly claim all of the Free and Premium prizes immediately, even after the Festival soft closed.
