Im stuck on this quest where i have to completely explore Fungus Grove but im not able to beat one of the stages where im attacked by cereth and his bandits. my pet is level 20 and the ones attacking me are level 15 i believe, ive equipped my pet with relics, armor, and accessories but its not enough. does anyone have any tips? ive been healing my pet over and over again and im almost broke heh

yay for accidentally hitting reload page instead of the tab I was aiming for and erasing three paragraphs. So I will redo in shorter form

1. Unlock second party slot at esior's haven plaza if you haven't
if gold is an issue here, see guide to making gold and guide to mission pets and missions

2. Twilight does have equips, but not good ones for her
Being a Shadow element pet, she should be in slot 1 (obviously there by default being the only pet) being Tank
She should have a full compliment of Illusionist equipment (int/agi, int for raising her move output, agi to raise defences and evasion)
Evoker (int/dex- dex raises accuracy and crit chance. More for fire Attackers and light healers) and disciple (all equal, the generic placeholder gear), and, I suppose Arcanist (all in int) are possible alternates

always make sure an equip is boosting the correct stats for the pet's element and party position. Know that both rarity and level of an equip affect the stats it has. (and know that uncommon equips... garbage. trash. better only than nothing)

I will send over some gear for Twilight, though you will need her at lv20 to equip it
relic: lv20 epic illusionist
armor: lv20 rare disciple
bracelet: lv20 epic evoker
bracelet: lv20 rare illusionist
(I just. don't really have anything sub-20 lying around. Not much lv20 either. lv25, in ample supply, but below that, not so much)

3. Don't use the healers. Ever.
Pets will recover ovwer time so long as they're not in a battle
If you have a light pet, then they'll be doing some party healing
If you're doing missions well, you can get healing items from mission reward satchels

also tossing a lv10 rare disciple relic so you actually get some boost to the damage stat to help with getting up the last level to lv20
