To earn gold, you want to make sure you're doing quests and missions as often as you can, as well as exploring and opening chests. Here is the guide to making gold that goes into more detail :)

Btw, pets will be recovered after a set amount of time if they're knocked out in battle, as well as recovering HP passively while being out of battle.
(Someone else than me prob have more exact stats, but it helps when trying to save money early on)

one of the best ways to make gold is missions (guide to mission pets and missions.
Mission reward satchels (from satisfactory or exceptional completion) can drop more gold, healing items, equips, and on rare occasions, generator essences
As mentioned, pets will heal over time so long as they are neither in battle nor in the Lost Grove (the lv60+ area)
To help in battle (and thus, reduce the need for healing), I am sending over some equips, although they will need you to get two more levels on the pets to use, since they're lv20 equips (sorry I just. Don't have a lot of sub-20 gear around). Note that what type of equip goes best on a pet depends on their Element and Party Position. Currently, your pets each have the wrong kind of Relic for their Elements (Water, Earth, and Air are Physical elements, and use Strength/Physical damage, while Light, Shadow, and Fire and Magical elements that use Intelligence/Magical damage. Relics give a buff to the damage type they're aligned with, but you currently have a Magic based relic on your Air pet and a Strength based relic on your Light pet. Just swapping those around will make a difference!)
With your current two pet party,
Fuschia, the Light pet, should be in slot 1, tanking
She should have Illusionist equipment (Int/Agi) preferably, Evoker (Int/Dex) if not, Disciple (all equal) if neither available
Once you get the third slot unlocked (at the town in Umbra Forest, once you get that far), you'd want to swap her to a different slot and go more for Evoker gear, to act as an Int/Dex based Healer, rather than Int/Agi based Tank
For her, I am sending over:
1x Illusionist relic (Epic, lv20)
1x Disciple armor (Epic, lv20)
2x Illusionist bracelets (Epic, lv20)
Typical Light Healer profs at lv75 are 3Int/3Dex, at lv60, 3Int is common. This allows for more optimal healing (higher accuracy and crit chance from Dex stat mean Beam and Fairy Light are more likely to hit, and can do more damage.)
Zephyr, the Air pet, should be in slot 2, being the Attacker
He should have Myrmidon (Str/Dex) gear whenever possible. Assassin (Str/Agi) and Disciple can be used but are not optimal.
For him I am sending:
1x Myrmidon relic (Epic, lv20)
1x Myrmidon armor (Epic, lv20)
1x Myrmidon bracelet (Rare, lv20)
1x Disciple bracelet (Rare, lv20)
Typical Air Attackers at lv75 are 3Str/3Dex. Lv60, 2Str/1Dex is probably the most common? The Attacker elements (Air and Fire) use Critical Hits to inflict their base attacks' debuff on enemies.

Ohmygoodness! Thank you so much for the equipment and the comprehensive breakdown of gearing and arranging my party appropriately and efficiently! I am sure this will be such a great help! I will be sure to pay close attention to the gear now!
