I think the bonuses applied to the growing/brewings/etc. pets can change with each event, but I thought usually the second bonus gave pets a carried trait?
I have this auto harvested Cosmic Banshee Lupora with a prismatic pearl and the 2/2 bonus who just hatched, with only a 2 vis trait. Unless I'm misremembering what the bonuses do? Or did they just glitch and not get the extra trait?

As far as I am aware, carried traits from bonuses do not apply to majestic pets. They only apply to fabled and regulars.

Bonuses work like this:
1st bonus is a stat boost for all
2nd bonus is a stat boost for majestics, and a carried trait for fabled/regs
