So I have to ask, does it give the company Sylestia the right to post things on my behalf, join servers, access my bots and servers, or manage my info on discord?

What exactly am I signing up for if I link my account?

I ask because this is the first pet-based website that has ever suggested such a thing for verification purposes.

in sylestia's case, so far as I know linking the account just allows discord make your nickname on the sylestia server match your sylestia username (so you can't like, pretend to be someone else to try to scam other players or something)

(of course it's only even a requisite if you want to join the sylsetia discord, which isn't mandatory)

And just to confirm, no, Sylestia won't do anything with your discord (it can't, for that matter). It's really just a regular discord server. Like Scath said you just won't be able to change your display name on the server in particular!

OK I will join. I just run a discord bot and I don't wanna just have it accessed and stuff lol
