Hello everyone!! I need some breeding help. I have a project where all my traits are visible, but unfortunately one of the traits is a visible/carried trait... that all my current pairs have. Here are the subjects: One, two, three, four.

Is there anyway to easily remedy this? Or should I go back a few gens and try to breed it out? Since both my breeding pairs have it carried, a lot of the babies have been getting the hidden gene, which I don't want.

There is definitely no easy way for this, either you simply take the ones above and breed them over and over again, til you get two new breeding pairs that have BB (25% chance for each offspring, so can possibly take some time) or get the parents of your pairs and try those as well (since they are not 5v, that could take even longer.)

If you are really annoyed at the hidden trait you can also make new pairs, out of which one of the pairs always at least has BE, and null the other one's trait (making it 4v) so that an offspring of those would be 4v1c, and obviously would just breed the ones with B. However, that takes longer at the same 25% odds as above, so personally I'd just bruteforce with your already existing pairs.

Thank you for the advice Leen, I really appreciate it. I actually reclaimed some older 2V/3C guys last night. Maybe I will do a mix of both strategies, breeding the 2V/3C ones to the 5V ones and then continuing to hope for some guys that only have BB from the existing pairs.

I didn't realize getting rid of a hidden trait would be so annoying, lol. I'll have to be more careful in the future (:

I also wasn't even sure if I could get just BB again, since all the offspring so far are either BE or EE, lol.
