At about 11 pm on 01Jan24, I purchased entry into the Winter Wonderland using Frost Tokens. I found the Wand on Level 1, but the game wouldn't let me proceed to Level 2; it kicked me out. Please help.

It looks like you moved onto Stage 2 and then got the following prizes from Stage 2:
