I've already sent a message to Krin about this, but I wanted to post up here on the forums in case anyone harvests a ryo after me and gets the same problem.
I pulled out my Royal Effigy ryo from the cauldron, went to nurture it but it is not a Royal Effigy egg, but a Plagueborn Ryo egg. There aren't any others in the game, so I'm not sure if there's a problem with the code or if I just got a glitch with my little ryo.

Edit: I just checked my qitari that I harvested an hour before. It is also the wrong theme. It should be the Ceadarwoods qitari but it is a Fairy Woods.

I just noticed the same issue with my lupora. I had been growing the Enchanting Essence Lupora and upon harvesting it, it is the Autumn Stream Lupora.

Yep, same with the Haunting Lights Kelpari, turned out as a 2022 Toxic Cauldron.

Should be fixed and your pets should all be fixed as well.
