It depends on what you're looking for. If you want to find a pet to buy, you can browse the Pet Marketplace forum, or use the "Search Pets" option in the Advanced Search. If you're looking for avatar items or pet equipment, you'll want to head over to the Trade Broker.
To sell a pet, navigate to the pet's page and click the "Manage Pet" button to set a sale price. To sell an item from your inventory/equipment, select the item and then use the "Broker Item" button to list it for sale on the Trade Broker.
