Sorry if there's a guide covering this, I tried looking but couldn't find the answer.
How long does it take for Named enemies and chests etc to respawn after 'clearing' them?

If I remember correctly, it's usually 4-6 hours for Nameds from the fest zone to respawn, so some bosses may take longer than others to respawn.
But usually, 6 hours after clearing your last named, they should all be respawned back for you to battle against one again. ^-^

Oh, a little add-on, I just looked over your team, and I'll be sending you some better gear for your pets.
Below details what gear goes on which pet;
Hikari - Pyromancer Vinethorn
Pyromancer gear pairs with Fire pets.
Emerald - Warden Vinethorn
Warden gear pairs with Earth pets.
Sprite - Lightbringer Vinethorn(And one Stoneweave bracer)
Lightbringer pairs with Light pets.
