Hello everyone, happy holidays!

That time of year is upon us, so to give everyone a decent amount of time to prepare I'm opening up signups a month in advance, that way we can plan on saving up for whatever ^^
I'll host three pools this year, 10-50k, 100k-250k, and 350k+. These are suggestions for price ranges of the gifts you should get for your person, though not the end all be all. Please be reasonable though, don't go too far below the low end of the suggestion. If you need to drop out of a list please let me know as soon as possible.
If there's only one person in a pool by the time sign ups close I'll join that one instead of canceling.
Assignments have been sent out! Just make sure to send your gift before the end of the month, and let me know when you send it.

How to play:
White Elephant gift exchange is a group game. Everyone brings a gift within an agreed upon price range, wrapped so no one can see the contents. All gifts are placed in a pile in the center, gifts are removed from the center and can be stolen some number of times, before they're out of the game. Once a prize can no longer be stolen, it's opened, and the person who got it can no longer take or steal gifts. Turn order is usually determined by some form of pulling lots. Many people like to wrap gifts in misleading ways to make things more entertaining.
For this Modified version of the game, we'll say everyone can bring up to two gifts. Each entry of a gift will count as one 'person', so someone who brings two gifts gets two turns in a round and two gifts to keep. Our price range will be 50k-100k. Each gift can be taken from the center, and stolen 3 times, for a total of four moves before it leaves play.
In the spirit of misleading wrappings, everyone will give me a description of their gift they bring. It can be as accurate or inaccurate as they please. The list of gifts to take and steal will be made up of these descriptions, instead of the actual prize pool. I will keep a public list of the people playing, and what people have won. To make it fair, I will not be joining this game.
So that your gifts stay secret, I ask you pm me your sign up form for this game, instead of post it in the forum. You can send me one message for each entry, or include both gifts in the same form. Everyone will hold onto their gift until it's won, so if someone has to drop out of the game early, they don't give something without receiving. You can opt instead for me to hold onto it if you want. Please let me know if you need to drop out.
I'll be using https://www.random.org/lists/ to determine turn order on the 30th, the game will begin on the 1st of December. When it's your turn, you'll be pinged on the server to choose something to take or steal, if you take more than a day to choose without prior notice I'll let an rng choose for you.

The box this gift is in appears to be damaged. The tape is wrapped around haphazardly and there are a number of small holes near the lower edge but you are unable to see through them. the cardboard appears to be covered in a toddlers multicoloured scribbles
