At the beginning of Fest, I purchased the Premium Festival Login Rewards, so today on the fourth day of Fall Fest, I was able to claim the Retired Avatar Item Fall (Non-Held), which if I remember reading correctly, is supposed to give out a recolorable avatar item from previous fests.

From the box, I received Full Moon Background (Dusky Orange), which isn't re-colorable. After checking in the Wardrobe, I noticed all the Full Moon Backgrounds are marked as re-colorable when they aren't, which I assume is what made them a possible item to receive in the box.

Upon looking through other Fall Fest avatar items, I noticed that the following items aren't re-colorable, but were also marked as such(Item names colored to match item rarity):
