How do I get party slots 2 and 3?

Hi! first off welcome to Sylestia!.
To unlock the next party slot go to the plaza inside of Esior :) there should be a person who you purchase the slot from there.
For the 3rd slot you will have to progress in the story to the Sanctuary. ^^ same thing once you get there go to the plaza and purchase it I believe it's around 22k gold for the 3rd slot aswell .
