Is it possible to sell eggs for diamonds? If so, may someone please explain how to make it possible? I only know you can get coins for diamonds & Eggs, but not eggs for diamonds

in a situation where you buy an egg for diamonds in a deal with another person, the person selling the egg would put it up for private sale for 1 gold and then set up an exchange on the currency broker selling 1 gold for however many diamonds the egg was sold for.
