Is it possible to sell eggs for diamonds, and if so, can someone please explain how it's done?

no sorry you can't sell eggs for diamonds, if you and some one else have an agreement on selling for diamonds you can set up a sale 1G for as many diamonds you agreed on. and than set the egg up with the other users id number for 1G that way no one else but that user can get the egg.
