When breeding with someone else's pet we should be able to choose whether we want a male or female

Breeding whether in breeding grounds or pets up for breeds is upto rng. Being able to choose gender would take rng off the table

The RNG of Male to Female is an intended game mechanic.
Down the road, when a Breeding Skill Tree is implemented, there may be an in-game way of influencing this. However, it would be a relatively minor and limited influence. The RNG aspect of it is fully intentional.
