You will have to progress the Tutorial to unlock the rest of the Site. You can follow the prompts in the bottom-right corner to get through it.

You are still in the Tutorial. It looks like you are on the step to accept the quests from town and then head to Trollsblight Caverns.

You should be able to navigate to Trollsblight Caverns on the map.
Can you provide me with a screenshot of your World Map if otherwise?
