Good day dear Sylestians!

Welcome to Antonyms Attract, a writing/vocabulary game I learned from Zoe Bee on YouTube!
It's quite simple. I will give you a sentence, and the next person writes the exact opposite of that sentence. This can be either: each individual word is turned into the opposite word, OR the sentence as a whole has its meaning flipped to the opposite. Then, the next person writes the opposite of that sentence, and so on! Here's an example:
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.
The sluggish green iguana ducks under the excited cat.
The chipper red wolf leaps above the disappointed snake.
The pessimistic blue lynx dives below the pleasantly surprised ferret.
HOWEVER you do not need to keep the same sentence structure, length, tense, or any other structures the same as I have! You don't even need to keep the opposites in the same family, as I did with the animals and colors. I just didn't have the time or brainpower to go fully crazy with it.

Alright, now there's a few quick rules/suggestions:
1. Avoid words with clear opposites. This includes:
- Hot/cold
- Light/dark
- White/black
- On/off
- Yes/no
- Summer/winter
- Fire/water
- Fast/slow
- Tall/short
However! That's not a full list, and this is not a hard rule! If you feel one of these words is truly the best possible antonym you can think of, feel free to use it.

2. Try not to post all too frequently. Let a couple other people go before you play again, or wait a few hours.

3. Try not to look at older sentences. Base your reply based off the last sentence alone. It's okay if we hear the same words occasionally! It's easier to get wilder if you don't know what the last poster was meaning to be the opposite of, if that makes a bit of sense.

And finally, there's one actual rule!
4. If two or more people respond to the same sentence at once, the person(s) whose post(s) shows up last should either delete (edit to "......." or similar) their post, or change it to reply to the post that shows up first.

If requested or if the game falls off the first page, I will make up a fully new sentence. But if it falls off the first page, anyone else is also free to make up a new sentence! Please ping me if you'd like a new sentence. Otherwise, there's no need to.

Happy antonyming! The beginning sentence is:

I eat spongy cake off the table with my friend, a lanky young man.
