how do i get proficiency points for my sylestias?

Hi, each Sylesti starts out with one available Proficiency Point at Level 0.
As you level your pets, you earn more Proficiency Points at levels 30, 60, 65, 70, and 75.
So as you level your pets, they'll gain more Proficiency Points at those levels.
