I edited your post to remove your email address. I would suggest not publicly sharing that type of personal information.

If you need to update the email address on your account and do not have access to the current email address on the account, send an email to support@sylestia.com with the following information filled out:

1. Username and User ID #
2. Date of Birth
3. IP Address (You can use the following link: https://www.sylestia.com/get_ip_address/)
4. Original Email Address (If you know it)
5. New Email Address to use instead

hi! not quite related, i would like to know how to delete this account? i made it several years ago and put the date of birth in wrong. my actual date of birth is two years later, I'm turning 16 this year.

You do not have to delete an account due to an incorrect birthday.

You can send an email to support@sylestia.com via your account's registered email address and provide your actual date of birth - we can then verify the information provided and update your account for you.

There is no way to retrieve your password. All of our passwords are hashed so there is no way to know what anyone's password actually is. If you want to change your password, you can use the Change Password option under Account -> Settings. However, this requires knowing your current password. If you don't, you'll have to log out and use the Forgot Password feature to reset it. Then log in, then change your password.

You can see the Email Address that your account is registered to under Account -> Settings. You can change this as well if need be.

My email is not considered valid when I try to log in on my phone. Even though that is my main email and what's listed as my email when I look at the settings on computer.

If you are 100% sure that the email address is correct, then it would mean whatever password you are using isn't matching.

You can use the Forgot Password feature to reset it and get logged in and then choose a new one.
