I am trying to beat three 20 level bandits, but because of my level, I can't.

Hi, I just looked at your party pets Prince(Clickable Link) and Ella Rose Draper(Clickable Link), and I have a few suggestions that may help you in defeating enemies that are a higher level than your own.
It may be hard, but it's not impossible!

First off, you should have gear equipped in all places on your pets. Ella only has one piece of gear while Prince has none at all.
Putting gear on your pets will significantly help them in your battling. It'll raise their stats and make them stronger.
Using Epic Rarity(Purple border in your equipment inventory, like this text) gear is likely the best option. Gear can be bought off the Trade Broker(Clickable Link) if you don't have any gear you can use in the equipment section of your inventory. Make sure the gear you get matches the level of your pets or at least isn't too far below their level, if it's a higher level than your pet, you won't be able to use it.

Secondly, since you're using a Water Pet(Ella) and a Fire Pet(Prince), for Ella, you should use gear that specializes in Strength and Agility. For Prince, you should use gear that specializes in Intelligence and Dexterity.
This means that when looking for gear, for Ella, that means the Strength and Agility on the gear should be higher than the Intelligence and Dexterity, and for Prince, the Intelligence and Dexterity should be higher on the gear than the Strength and Agility.

On a pet, you can equip 1 Relic, 1 Armor, and 2 Bracers/Bracelets. The costume spot is just a cosmetic spot and has no effect on your pet's stats.

If you're worried about your level, you can use Experience Orbs on your pets to help level them up quicker. These can also be bought off the trade broker, but I can't say it would be cost-efficient, especially since you're still a lower level.
