Ok so I'm trying to dig though the site on how to do this but I have yet to find it. I'm assuming that since we have a item sale/auction forum there is away to sell/send items directly to another player? How is this done if it is indeed possible?

Explore- Inventory- Click the item you want to send- Click the little envelope above the box Use Item- Then type the person's username and the amount of money, and click send item

If you mean things like inventory items, yes, there is a way. you click on the ting you are sending, then go to the little button at the bottom of your inventory slots(looks like this: ) and then select what user you want to send it to and the price for the item. :)
If you mean pets, there is a way for those, also. You go to the pet's profile page and click 'Manage Pet' and then select how much you want to sell it for, then in the 'Sell to User ID' slot, type in the user ID of the person you are selling the pet to, which can be retrieved from the user's profile page. (for example, if you go to my page, it will tell you that my ID is 8598. XD)
