notes:
No attacker element (Fire, Air)
> Teams typically consist of a Tank in slot 1 (Earth, Water, Shadow, sometimes Light), a Healer (Light)(at later levels when more elemental abilities are unlocked, can be a Buffer (Water) instead), and an Attacker

Only scattered equips
> Equipment is very important for pets, as it provides a lot of their stats
> Certain types of equipment are better for certain elements and part positions

Elements are broken into two subtypes, Physical and Magical

Earth, Water, and Air are Physical elements. They use the Physical Damage stat (controlled by Strength stat and Relic bonus), and make no use of the Magical Damage stat

Shadow, Light, and Fire are Magical elements. They use the Magical Damage stat (controlled by Intelligence stat and Relic bonus), and make no use of Physical Damage stat

in battle, slot 1 is the slot that is aimed at the most, and is where you usually have a Tank pet.
Tanks usually focus on HP (survivability) and Agility (evasion, defence, speed) stats
Attackers usually focus on Attack- str or int- (damage output), and Dexterity (accuracy, critical hit chance, speed)

(Agi and Dex share speed stat equally, so 10 dex and 30 agi has the same speed as one with 30 dex/ 10 agi, or 20 dex/ 20 agi)

Healers(/Buffers) usually focus into damage stat, but can also go into dex and/or agi

Equip types:
Assassin Equipment (Str/Agi)
> for Physical Tanks (Water, Earth)
> optional on Water Buffer

Myrmidon (str/dex)
> Physical Attackers (air)
> optional on Water Buffer

Illusionist (Int/Agi)
> for Magical Tanks (Shadow, Light)
> optional on Light Healer

Evoker (Int/Dex)
> For Magical Attackers (Fire)
> Common for Light Healers

Both Rarity and Level of a piece of gear affect the stats on it

Always make sure the relic's damage bonus matches the element of the pet, since it gives a large boost to the Damage stat, and thus the pet's overall output.

In example, Bluerise, your water pet, is a Physical element.
Currently, he has Cereth's Jeweled Relic, which is a Magical-type relic, and is boosting his Magical Damage Stat by +53.
This means his Physical damage stat is 25, while his Magical damage stat is 86.
Because he's a Physical element, his attack damage is calculated using his PD stat, and the MD stat isn't used at all.
As such, he's losing out on a LOT of potential damage output; he's doing ~36 damage with his Bolt attack, but if the relic was exactly the same but gave the boost to his PD stat rather than MD, his output would be 117.
(Currently most of his gear is Int-aligned, boosting int more than str, so even that output's lower than it could potentially be)

I'd suggest:
Pick which of Bluerise or Beauty you want to be Tank, either swap the other pet's element to Fire or Air, or pick a different pet and assign them

Pinkrise should get Illusionist or Evoker gear to boost her Int stat for best healing output
If Bluerise tanks, Assassin equips
if Beauty tanks, Illusionist equips

Fire attacker would get Evoker
Air attacker would get Myrmidon

Grabbed some lv20 gear off of the broker and sent it over, but I don't know what you'll choose to do with the team yet, so I'll hold off on more until that's settled

Ah, wait, you're not in region 3 yet, so you don't have all three slots unlocked, my brain made an assumption based on you linking three pets (also, direct link is the URL button- highlight the link, click the button, and it will put URL tags around it)

Overall, it's the same, you'll probably want a Tank and an Attacker, usually, so Light+attacker(air or fire) or Shadow+attacker, or water+attacker in this case
