I just completed three missions but only got rewards for two of them even though all three succeeded.

ah, I can see the problem, and it's not a bug- one of them was a "poor" completion, so you got no mission satchels for it.

Missions have four possible conclusions
Failure (red text): No rewards

Poor completion (yellow text): Half base payout*, no satchels

Satisfactory completion (black text): base payout, one satchel

Exceptional completion (green text): double base payout, two satchels


(* payout being the gold, exp, ap, and reputation, and satchels)
