So, I'm in Aryth's Spire and I straight out can't beat Aryth.
Naturally I need to level up, but I can't Explore Aryth's Spire without triggering the boss, and any earlier place gives me, like, 3 EXP per fight.
Is there anywhere where I can actually get enough EXP to beat Aryth?

experience orbs, you dont have to fight anything and you just gain a certain amount of experience.
you can also level your pets through missions.

at lv50+, it shouldn't be so hard to beat Aryth, beyond working out the trick to the battle to actually manage to win (right pain of a fight before you know the trick, though.)
Looking at your party pets, I would suggest upgrading their gear to lv50 epic/legendary, since they're currently geared up with lv25 equips; doing this should roughly double their move outputs, and thus make the Aryth fight easier.
Exp can also alternately be obtained via use of exp orbs and from sending a pet on missions
